Business Development manager

Job Description

  • Minimum of 4-7 years experience in Lead Generation, Prospecting and Cold Calling for IT Services with a professional business-to-business (B2B) sales environment.
  • At least 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably selling IT/Technology solutions.
  • Prior experience in business communication over the phone with ‘C Level’ executives.
  • New Business/ Client acquisition, Lead Generation, Qualify Opportunities, thereby initiate the sales lifecycle, widening the corporate sales funnel.
  • Develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including market research, opportunity qualification due diligence and closing.
  • Send email campaigns/ newsletters.
  • Efficiency into follow ups, Account penetration.

Desired Skills & profile

  • 4-7 years of relevant domain experience
  • Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills ((error free, neutral Accent).
  • Self disciplined and have a positive attitude. Proactive, organized, responsible, with a proven ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment with changing needs and requirements.
  • Tenacity and aggression with a proven track record of achieving goals consistently

Any Graduation with Science (Specialization with Technology), MBA preferred.
